Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policies:
Your Order will be Shipped to you via Canada Post Mail.
Shipping transit time for all orders should take between 2-6 weeks. Canada Customs may choose to inspect your package, which may add an additional day.

Return Policy:
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange. Its that simple.
Once we receive your returned item and it is processed, your refund will be issued in just a few days. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized (by a jeweller other than Custom Design Jewellery), or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return. Returns with no Custom Design Jewellery return code, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will not be accepted.

Resizes and Repairs:
Duties and taxes are levied each time a jewellery item crosses the border. For this reason Custom Design Jewellery does not offer ring resizing or repairs on orders to Canada. Many jewellers will be happy to resize or repair your order for a nominal fee.
